07/07/2021 - 16:30 - 17:45 SIP Trunks Inbound Some users are getting busy tone when trying to dial UK mobile & landline numbers. This is an error. The issue was identified and corrected by the carrier.
22/03/2021 19:20 - 19:49 VPS21 Email Services VPS21 email server was reporting an error post update. The error was located and the bad file replaced. Services were back available at 19:49
27th March 2021 14:00-17:00 VPS22 FTP FTP server on VPS22 came under a sustained hacking attempt. No access was gained and the automatic protection blocked the sources. Due to the distributed nature of the attempt this put extra load on the machine which caused the FTP to shutdown all connections and restart the service, this caused some customers to experience disconnections for a few minutes. The source of the attack has been identified and neutralised and all services return to normal by 17:15
26th Jan 2021 - 22:00 ADSL, FTTC, FTTP Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

During the night of 26/01/2021 one of our suppliers will be undergoing emergency work to improve their network resilience.
We do not expect any further service disruption, However, All connectivity services, including broadband, FTTC, ethernet, and Fibreline, should be considered at risk for the duration of the maintenance window:

Some users are experiencing outage on Broadband connections. Traffic has been rerouted at the NOC and services restored at 11:58.
